First Visit?
Every new patient starts with a one-on-one consultation with Chan or her team. There is no pressure to book a treatment the same day — we want you to feel comfortable and informed before making any decisions.
Before You Visit
Where do I park?
Free parking is available directly in front of the Satellite View building. Enter through the main lobby and take the elevator to Suite 402 on the 2nd floor.
What should I wear?
Whatever you are comfortable in. For facial treatments, we will ask you to remove makeup in the treatment area. For body treatments, wear loose clothing.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. We ask for at least 24 hours notice so we can offer your slot to another patient. No cancellation fees.
Do you speak Portuguese?
Sim! Chan and Julia both speak Portuguese fluently. You are welcome to communicate in English, Portuguese, or Spanish.
